To make the screening process faster and easier, the previous online application form has now been replaced with a digital declaration.

To complete the digital declaration, please contact the NSW Public School (School Finder) you wish to attend and request an invitation.

The new process is simple and only takes 3 steps:

  1. Receive an email invitation to complete your digital declaration
  2. Complete a digital declaration online
  3. Show your Government issued photo ID on arrival

  • Instant Working with Children Check verification
  • A more user-friendly experience for everyone involved
